I do not think that implimenting NSPS would be right for all of us Civilian employees, If Supervisers would have the right to hire and fire Employees at their own opinion, I do not think that that should be allowed, Also All the employees that work at a Depot or other installation work together as a team, Paying those who are high performers would not be right, Because not everybody works the same, those people who are older dont work at the same pace as younger people, I just feel that we Civil Servants Provide a good service to our country, When you contract out work, It does not save our government money, In fact contractors Charge the government more money and dont do as good of a job. If you contract out all of the civil service jobs, I might be forced to work somewhere else and not for the contractor, I also think that people could go on strike with the contactor. I do not want to see This NSPS system Implemented. You the Federal Government, Need To Listen To The Will Of The People!!!! This Is a Free Country, Dont Ever Think you Will Take That Right Away.
