I review the plan but I'm still not sure how it will strengthen the work force. The plan dwells mostly on the ability to hire and move personnel. What personnel is now lacking is the ability to receive training and empowerment to make changes in the work force. Because management cannot accept cricism. Management wants to micro manage and utilizes reports, scorecards, etc to slow down production. How are these issues addressed? Training for the workforce? Empowerment to create production changes and overhaul from the floor instead of upper management deciding how things should be done?
