Comments:
The old system was not broken; only enforcement was needed to keep it running successfully! The new system easily allows for favoritism and punishment to be practiced. Many under the Personnel Demonstration System have already experienced its mismanagement. The NSPS has created an environment of competition and resentment amongst co-workers, as well as requires an ENORMOUS amount of documentation time for both the employee and entire management chain of command.
