Comments:
A Few comments. 1. From what I have read, it looks like we are getting away from the team concept and putting the me, me, me, I, I, I person at the top of the list. 2. I believe that we need to reward an employee's Loyality and Longevity in the position they are filling thus retaining experience. 3. Sounds like you are looking for competition in a position more than experience in that position. Competition can be a positive thing as long as the goal remains to keep the team strong. 4.Also, should we not have had district wide meetings of the proposed subject matter? 5. Sounds like we are going backward not forward. The Good Ole Boy system did not work in the past and it will not work in the future even though you have diguised it with another name.
