In some instances this is a good idea, but overall it isn't a good idea to transfer into this NSP system. We might as well work in the private sector vice government. This system will leaving personnel open for abuse by superiors. In cases where civilians work for military and the rules are different for admin and NCOs. We will suffer in the long run because military look out for their own. For instance, I've been working for the military since the early 80's and the military NCO's write their own fitreps to state that everything is done above and beyond the call of duty. Whereas in a civilian capacity, there is always fault found and we never match up with NCO's nevertheless write our own evaluations. In the case of switching over into the NSPS we really don't have a chance and this will leave the military force in control of our money, job, career and our since of security. Then there will be no need to have a force reduction because over 15% of civilian workforce will be unemployed.
