I do not think the NSPS is a good thing for Federal Employees. What needs to be done if the government is so concerned about recognizing performance of employees is to incorporate a better recognition policy into the current system. It seems we always have someone who has never been on the bottom or middle line work force think they know what is in the best interest of that workforce. Under the current system federal employees have been outstanding in their support of the military structure and the soldiers.
