I don't know why i'm typing this...I know it will not make it futher than the first person reading it. Listen to your employees, this is not a good idea. We are being stripped of our rights and everything we once believed in. The way i'm reading it, a union is no longer gonna help us. Pay raises will come when a supervisor fills fit to give you one. What if the supervisor is wanting to see you fail? what if the supervisor sees you may be a threat for his job and he rather see you fail than exceed his limits? I chose a job where travel would be limited and i could see my family every night. Well, it looks like this has been thrown out the door. Now, if we have a need in Iraq, quess what, i might have to leave my family and go there... This "new plan" is gonna be the worst mistake the federal gov. has implemented. It is gonna cost us experienced employees and sacrafice the hiring of new employees. Why would a employee want to take a job that would require him to leave his family? I'm thinking the employee is gonna take the job down the street making more money, better benifits, and a union that works. Please help us keep what we have worked for!
