Comments:
I am 100% for the NSPS system. This system will give the DOD work force a more competitive edge like Corporate America. One of the things I missed after joining the DOD work force was the competitiveness for pay between fellow employees. It makes a stronger work force and I felt more successful and rewarded for the work I produced. It is going to be a hard pill to swallow for DOD employee that have never worked out side the Federal work force, however; the change will be good for all of us.
