§§ 9901.211 – 212, 9901.221 – 222 – Pay Bands – The proposed regulations do not provide details. How can we comment on something without sufficient information. Then to have OPM’s final determination not subject to further review or appeal. Don't shove it down our throats!!!!!!!!!!!!!
