§§ 9901.331-334 – Local market supplements – DO NOT ADJUST THE LOCALITY PAYMENTS. It is designed to adjust pay to keep employees at par for the local costs of living. ANY REMOVAL would only be punishing employees for working for the federal government. What kind of moral and recruitment incentive is that?
