I agree with the three letters that has been submitted. This sounds like the “Good Old Boys” system. The “Good Old Boys” will get the better job, raises and probably do less work. My organization has bounced me around to several different jobs. There was never a SF Form 50 for these jobs. Civil service personnel have a career just like the military does. If we are not given credit for what we do, we can’t qualify for a better job/money. What about personnel with retain pay? Has the amount of time for the notification for layoff change? This plan is more for the management than for the personnel. Let’s PRAY that this will not come to pass.
