§§ 9901.341-342 – Performance payouts –"The NSPS pay system will be a pay-for-performance system", you should be saying better pay for those who suck up to the boss and make others in the office look bad! This will no doubt create a screw your fellow worker mentality to better yourself. Moral in the workforce will be nonexistant. Pay for performance is a NO WIN situation.
