I've got to confess not having the time to review the document to the detail needed but I have a concern. What provision has been made that requires a supervisor to make at least 3% diffential above his highest paid worker if his normal pay rate is below this worker's scale? There are not many of us out here in the present system paid like this but we are here none the less. Has there been provision made?
