Pay Pool Managers??? I love it!!! It appears the NSPS regulations will now freely allow the hiring of good old people. Meaning... political friends, family, previous contractors, etc. Looks like a good way to legally provide taxpayer money to selected friends (buddies). How long can U. S. Government (supervisors, pay pool manages, whatever) abuses be kept covered up before the taxpayers find out?
