Comments:
Overall system changes are no less than a return to the cliques and cronyism of the 1930s. Pay raises will be handed out in return for favors and withheld as punishment., The only people who will benefit from these changes are the ones who suck up to the boss and shine for effect when it can make them look good. This is a travesty and I, for one, will counsel any job seekers I fnow to avoid federal employment.
