Comments:
The system does not need to be changed. We need to save this budget allocated for this change to do better things that this. How much will it cost to fix it when it doesn't work. Why aren't we waiting for the other agencies to be completed to make sure it works before jumping off the cliff. I do not have any desire to be deployed that should be my choice not anyone else. These changes sound like I'm joining the military. Now I have to have a relationship with the rating supervisor to make sure I receive a raise. This should be based on my abilty to get the job done not how I treat the supervisor or the pay pool manager. Favoritism does not belong in the workplace good working employees do. Favoritism gets nothing done and nobody knows how to do anything. And those favorite people do not like to accept accountablity of their actions.
