Comments:
Job security is a major part of the reasons people work for the government. The NSPS will take away this feature. The NSPS will give management much more power to get rid of unfavorable employees. The new NSPS will give management more chance to abuse power. This NSPS needs to address all the federal empoyees concerns, so far the new system is only sided to the management.
