Where are we going to get the money to fund this? We are already trillions of dollars in the hole. Why wasn't this trial run done in Washington DC? There are so many administrative positions and offices there. How can you implement a system in July 05 when there are sooo many unanswered questions as to pay banding, types of performance appraisals, time of appraisal dates, What type of training for supervisors? How can you train someone not to be biased? What are the checks and balances? They have stated they do not want more than 300 in a pay band. What if you have more than 300 medical clerks in a facility. How will that work?
