Comments:
As a new DOD employee the NSPS is a new concept to me. After reading the proposed changes to the personal system I have concerns. Expecially the propoesed changes to the locality pay which if they were reduced or lost would cause my cost of living to go up. I also have concerns with the possibility to be repositioned to another location if the need should arise. I am counting on the stability and location I am currently at. Thank you for hearing my concerns. I hope these help in making decisins on the NSPS
