Comments:
Overall, I believe this program will work as long as employees remain doing the work required of top performers and the Supervisory chain maintains decency in implementing the rules. I am also concerned with the ability that the Department has in deploying Civilians. It says that things have not changed but comments I have seen makes it sound like you can get sent whether you want to or not. I believe that volunterism always will work best in this situation.
