I TO JOIN THE LIST OF UNSATISFIED EMPLOYEES FOR WHAT THE NSPS STANDS FOR IN OUR GOVERNMENT SYSTEM. THE UNCERTANTIES OF SALRY INCREASES FOR JOBS WELL DONE AND LACK OF POSSIBLE SUPERVISOR EMPLOYEE RELATIONSHIP IS APALLING. I HAVE TAKEN THE STEPS TO AIR MY VIEWS WITH MY CRONGRESSMAN ABOUT THIS GOOD OLD BOY SENEREO NSPS WILL CAUSE AND CREEP INTO OUR NATIONAL DEFENSE BUDGET. MORE LITTLE CASTLES WILL BE BUILT ON THE BACKS OF GOOD WORKING MEN AND WOMEN IN CIVIL SERVICE THAN HAS EVER BEN BUILT IN OUR HISTORY. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PROUD TO SERVE OUR COUNTRY TO HELP KEEP US NUMBER ONE IN THE WORLD. I HAVE BEEN TREATED WELL AND LAWA THAT ARE IN PLACE NOW WATCH OVER THE WORK FORCE AND SUPERVISORY FORCE TO MAKE SURE WE DO NOT GET OUT OF HAND. THE LAWS AND REGULATIONS ALSO KEEP THE CIVIL SIDE AND MILITARY SIDE WORKING TOGETHER AND OF ONE UNITY. THIS NEW POLICY CAN ONLY CORRUPT OUR WORK FORCE AND LOWER OUR STANDARDS FOR PRODUCTIVITY BECAUSE THE BEST PEOPLE WILL NOT BE EMPLOYED HERE. I WORKED HARD TO ACHIEVE MY EDUCATION. WHEN I STARTED IN THE WORK FORCE, I WAS EMPLOYED BY DOD FOR A DECENT ENTRY LEVEL WAGE AND RECEIVED STANDARD INCREASES TO ENSURE THE LIVING STANDARDS FOR MY FAMILY WERE MET.EVENTHOUGH NOT EXTRAVAGANT. THE MAIN POINT IS THIS NEW SYSTEM IS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO BEING LIKEABLE. THE OLD SYSTEM I WOULD FEEL WOULD KEEP A MORE OVERALL BALANCE TO THE WORK FORCE.
