Comments:
1. As a longtime DOD employee I can understand the need for changes to the personel hire/fire process. 2. However, you do not need an entirely new system to necessate these changes. 3. Put all NEW hires under this program while you phase out the old guard. 4. The main reason the old system is so poor is the inability of management/supervisors to use the tools given them and rate individuals fairly. So let's give them more power.... Not logical 5. The wrtiings already state the system is a success - even before it's implemented!! Dam, you guys are good!
