As a DoDEA employee, I am particularly concerned about the proposals for pay and evaluation. This is a system designed for professionsals in sales. I do not agree that is appropriate for elementary school teachers. The system would go bankrupt trying to pay teachers based on merit and working above and beyond what is expected!
