Comments:
Most people elect to join the DoD civilian service because of the benifits of being a part of a union and the stability, to name a few things. Under the NSPS those things that draw people to work to defend our country will be taken away. If the NSPS is implemented the government could lose so many valueable workers. If those memebers in the DoD civilian services wanted the things outlined in NSPS they would have signed up to wear the green uniform. The active duty is already being downsized, with the implementation of NSPS so will the civilian services. The reason I elect government officials is to make good decisions that will protect the United States. This decision will leave us vulnerable. I pray that is not the intent, but it appears to be no other explination. Please prove me wrong and do the right thing. Do Not implement NSPS
