To whom it may concern I do not like the nsps for the followimg reasons 1 the controll of raises are given to the supervisors wich will open the door for the old buddy system to come into play not baised on the performence of the worker. 2 nsps wil allow management to move us or deploy us were ever when ever their may be a need if I wanted to deploy all the time I would go back to active duty this would also dissrupt family life for a great deal of pepole not knowing if and when or for how long they will be moved or doployed for so far to this day I can not find where there has been a problem with the volinter system to fill position in place that are short handed because of mobilation or back filling positions with temps. 3 another matter is the union will no longer have a say in matter related to the employees yes they will still be there but will not have any bargaing power to help the employee or the work place sound like an easy way to bring in contracors to replace all dod employees and we all know that is not saving the goverment any money the contractor wants more money and threaten to leave the goverment bends over and gives in coasting the tax payer more money. Their are some good points to the program like making it easier to enhance your job skills and giving incetivis to the pepole who work hard at being above the rest and go the extra mile to get the job done but all in all I feel this is a turn for the worst and in the long run the program will fail coasting the goverment alot of good empolyees and money I know that there are thing that need to be improved but their is a better solution out there and if we all work together we can make life better for everyone who is employed by the goverment. I hope the people making the dissicunes on this will think it over and find abetter solution. SINCERLY CHRISTOPHER FRICK
