Subpart F 9901.605 Competitve Area. Under the new policy competitve areas could be based on other basis than geographical area including product lines and lines of business. This is nonsensical and unfair. Under a proposed reorganization of DCMA if I (in Philly) were to be affected by a RIF, I could end up having to bump some one in Denver instead of the several DCMA activites within my commuting area.
