Comments:
STOP all work implementing the NSPS. I view this process as a politically motivated hostile take-over of the Federal workforce by well meaning, but misinformed elected officials. There is no such thing as a perfect personnel system, the NSPS has it's problems and will demorilize the federal workforce through subjective paybanding decisions by employee supervisors, streamlined terminiations and reassignements to hostile countries overseas. STOP The current system has it's flaws, but it has served us well as a nation and will continue to do so if the pollititians leave well enough alone.
