adverse action being taken. I Think this could be a big mistake for some people in mangement that have issue with employees that they wish they could let go I am wondering if this would allow those mangement that work this way to do this. What happen to the table of penalties, will mangement be allow over look this and make up thier own rules. We know there are good peolpe out that are mangement and I am so thankful but I know from being a Union Rep. That some are out to get their emplyees. We can not be blind to this, please somebody Help!
