I am very concerned about the changes the new National Security Personnel System will bring. I am concerned that there will be an end to civil service protections, a reductions in pay overall for federal employees, an end to meaningful collective bargaining federal for employees, and an end to seniority rules on layoffs and reduction-in-force. I am afraid management will be allowed to decide who gets raises and change the work hours and civilian delployment at will. I am afraid federal employees will be relocated to another country to work against their will, having to leave their families and possibly be forced to work in a hostile envirnoment. I strongly urge you to reconsider implementing this new personnel system. Thank you.
