When job requirements change (due to Command reorganization or realignment of jobs) will the organization be required to train to the new requirements, OR will the employee be replaced with someone who possesses the new skills? In Workforce Shaping-Subpart F, it should state that the employee will have the opportunity to be trained to new workforce requirements without jeopardy to his/her status.
