I would like to go on record as being opposed to the new system. It tears down what has has taken years of negotiations and compromise to come up with. Pay for performance sounds great but on the other side, a friend or foe could make the differance if you stay or go (Pardon the pun). What about cost of living raises? I am a non Union member at this time and believe that the Union must be envolved in coming up with a new and fair system. This is a giant step back from what has been working good for a long time. I have 36 years in at this time and would like to stay around for a few more, that is if my boss still likes me.
