Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice , shame on me. You have really fallen for this one. Rumsfeld has pulled the wool over your eyes twice. When you are trying to fix something, generally you try to make it better, not worse. Without getting into each word printed in these regulations, maybe we should take a long hard look at the politicians we elected and start making drastic changes at election time.
