Specific section sites are a tedious task. Having been deceived by the changes in personnel retirement plans from FERS to CSRS, I changed to FERS in 1985, and lost the finest benefit the government had to offer. Granted I still have a pension under FERS, but nothing like it was under CSRS. Washington is now changing the Social Security system for anyone under age 55. At age 53, I could be adversely impacted. The NSPS changes will be no less damaging, promising to undermine the security of government employment, mimicking the selfishness and ruthlessness of the private sector layoff methodologies. I wish Washington would please cease and desist the constant changes that lean towards upsetting and ruining peoples' lives!
