After reading the new system on the NSPS system I feel it is an insult to those who served our country. To take away there rights of due process and to pay band these individuals without the right to chalange the fairness in the process is a crime in itself. What are you thinking when our country is overthrowing governments who impose such laws on there people. Has anyone realy looked at these new laws you are imposing on our own people?To impose pay for preformance is creating a hostle invironment and leaving supervisors the one who will ultamintly rule on who is the better worker will only bring down the morral of all who are adversly affected by not kissing up to the boss.Do you really want these type of people governing who gets a raise or who gets the best quilified.I think you in the long run will creat your own distruction of a system which appears to be working fine.Also after reading your new system it is real clear that there was no input from the people and also that in leaves out any clearity of what you are really proposeing. I would like to know if anyone has concidered taking this back to the tables and bring into play the unions to address all these that are harmfull to the employees and the mission of these service men and woman.As a concerned citizen and a family member of an civil service employee and family member of armed services i would like you to take action to stop this type of harrasment and intimadation of all concerned.
