Comments:
We are in the century of 2005, yet we are moving backwards 100 years. As anyone can validate the Military is a good old boy net work and supports the men in the military. Women are still secondary. How can you implement a program with proposals and will be developed. How unprofessional is that. The civilian force is the back bone of the military and it has been proven over time. Everyone is in fear of the good old boys are coming back and you have to suck up to keep your job. How is that going to support good moral. You are going to loose thousands of people by this. Where is the protection. Yes we need flexibility but we need accountability and you are writing it out. I'm sick about this and this will have a very strong negative impact on our military and the security of this county. Everyone is going to be out for themselfs. The civil war will come back with allowing empiring building. thanks for being so stupid and allowing all that we worked for to go back into the the toilet.
