I am not in favor of the proposed NSPS. I believe this will be very harmful to many DOD workers. You have to have some kind of security within your job. This will take all of that away, and let one supervisor determine if you should be fired or not. If you have a personality issue and not a work issue will the supervisor be able to evaluate you fairly? The answer is NO. If you are the supervisors buddy or brown noser, you will indeed go far. This isn't the answer! You must rethink your position on NSPS. I see a lot of civil lawsuits and discrimination complaints, etc.. as a result of this NSPS.
