I must say that I am totaly against this new purposed program.It seems to be aim at the people that have dedicated years of service for their country.My main concern is that the discriminatory way this system will affect people with years of job experience verses THE GOOD OLE BOY BUDDY SYSTEM.With this system we aren't even eligible for the cost of living raise.There is no way this NSPS plan will be fair and equitable all employees.I being of the senior age group am truly afraid of losing my job because someone does'nt like me for some reason or another.Before I had the opportunity to use my union to represent me on certain mistreatments,but this system will have an adverse affect on filing greivences.It is as if you do as we say or be on your way.Seems as though the union is as much of a target as the DOD Employees are ,because the system reduces their negotiation power.I'm truley not comfortable with plan of FRIENSHIP,FAVORITISM,and CONFORMITY.NSPS in my view means,N-no S-special P-perference S-seniors.
