I think that with the new NSPS and no seniority protection, it will make the government not responsible for age discrimination. By meaning that, someone with 27 years experience has an successful performance appraisal and someone with 3 years experience having a excellent performance appraisal that in case of a Reduction in Force they will keep the one with 3 years experience. I don't think this is fair in what our fathers fought for and got us where we are now with and without Unions. Once this happens to Government employees it will trickle down to the rest of the Country.
