Dear Government Rep: In trimming the "people's budget" you must not forget the promises you made to us, your civil servants. Our retirement funds and TSP funds must be guarded and we are depending on you to do that. I have spent the better part of my life, 19 years, giving the tax payers a full day's work. I fervently hope that you will put my retirement money in a special fund along with that of my fellow employees.
