To be paid for your performance, what an idea. Except if the person who supervises you doesn't like you. This just looks like another way for those who are in with the boss, to get rewarded. And if you don't belong to that good old boys club, you can forget getting a raise, much less the WIGI that were given to an employee for their service. No I don't care for the new system, but they are going to do it anyway.
