Comments:
I strongly disagree with the proposed NSPS. It will create too much chance for favoritism. It will take away teamwork and create resentment. Civilian employees should not be expected to be relocated to another country against their wishes. If NSPS is implemented, the moral of the workforce will go down dramatically and so will the quality of work. The people wanting to implement this situation should ask themselves would you want to work under this kind of rule?
