Comments:
As a federal employee with DOD .These documents are unclear and confusing.This i feel will destroy any team effort we have and make it every man for himself.I feel this is all very political and only will hurt the regular working people who try to do a good job.There needs to be a lot more looked at here .Are they going to keep our health care from rising even with no cost of living increase?Lets ask congress to do the same with there pay first.if we are at war lets all do it togather not just DOD.
