I think the idea of actually recieving a raise based off of preformance is a great idea. I do not like the current pay scale system. Having to wait 2 to 3 years for a raise just does not seem fair when one is a solid employee in performance, attitude, attendance, etc.. I think that if one is an outstanding employee he or she should benefit when the review time comes, and also be shown appreciation of every year they do. I am for this new system.....
