Comments:
"Competition is healthy and we need to operate more like the private sector. We work for the Defense of our country by definition (if you are a DoD employee). The world has changed and the Department should have flexibility within to handle these changes." We cannot operate like the private sector. Their bottom line is money, ours is mission. Our profession requires trust, loyalty, respect, teamwork... the very critical values that NSPS will destroy.
