NSPS REGULATION There is no need for a NSPS, the flexibility you seek you already have, 5. USC 7106 (a) (2) (d). Government workers support National security not just with their voices but with their lives and livlihoods. The have been delivering National security from the front lines,everyday, since long before President Bush proposed creating a new personnel system. This NSPS will take away federal workers civil service rights. That now shields them from the whims of politics and from retaliation for reporting wrongdoing they might see on their jobs.
