this system is so lousy. i feel i am working for a communist country not fot the land of the free. What happen to Demacracy did forget it existed. Working under micro manage is so unconsititional. Remember you have a regulation it must be submitted in it entirety. you dont send weapons to without the bullets. this system is going to cost the government a whole lot of money. i can see a manager not knowing the system and try to pull a fast one and screw themselves and that when government $ are going to be wasted again. Be careful what you asking for it may not always be beneficial to the government. We have rights!!!!
