Chapter 43 Comments 1. If you have developed an appraisal system that is completely objective and eliminates any favoritism and prejudice by the supervisor you would be the first. 2. The senoirity system in use is looked at as a benefit if you alter it to reflect current practice in the private sector than you will have to adjust pay and benefits to compete with the private sector. If you don't the turnover rate will increase. 3. I'm looking forward to how you are going to handle all the discrimination lawsuits when you begin to promote or give pay raises to non-minorities over minorities with more senoirity.
