Comments:
The Civil Service and its regulations were established for good reasons. The new system is going to do away with all, or most of them and restablish the old "Good-ol-boy", "brown-nose", "favorite-pet", cut-throat" work place that the Civil Service did away with originally. There is no validity or reason to treat loyal, dedicated Federal workers like this. It's an outrage and bound for failure.
