DOD indicates that managers and supervisors will be held accountable under the same pay and performance system as employees. HELLO, this is not DHS, this is the DOD. MANY SUPERVISORS ARE VERY JUNIOR MILITARY OFFICERS AND THEY WILL NOT BE RATED UNDER THE NSPS PAY AND PERFORMANCE SYSTEM. MANY of these junior officers do NOT have the experience to manage people and no amount of short training is going to bring them up to speed. Will someone running this train please wake up to reality!
