As usual, the best employees will be left out in the cold. This system will do nothing but promote favortism and give supervisors more control over the real workers. This will give more opportunity for unreported sexual harrassment, the good ole buddy system, and last but not least, morale will be at an all time low. There have been so many programs implemented and millions spent to give the employee the impression that higher management really cares about them. This will negate this entire process. I am reminded of when godfathers controlled everything in the family and eliminated those that did not agree or buy their behavior. This is a very good analogy of what will happen if this system becomes a part of DoD. I have worked in the Government for 29 years and have never felt so incensed by the continual Bush programs. Unless we all band together to fight this, the days of job security and financial security for the government worker are over. I strongly urge each employee to make known their objections to such an unfair system.
